01The situation
The subscriber base lived in spreadsheets across several lists. Every send meant exporting contacts, filtering by hand and pasting them into the email platform, and with no connection to the auction system there was no dependable way to target bidders by lot or legal pack.
02What we built
- Four subscriber lists consolidated in one Campaign Monitor account: SK eFlyer, CW eFlyer, SK Branch and auction contacts
- The legacy subscriber base migrated intact
- Sends currently go list-wide from that single account

04Quote
Odd Duck don't behave like an agency. They combine proper human strategy with AI execution, so things that used to take months land in weeks — and because everything is fixed price, we know exactly what we're paying for and what we're getting back. On top of the marketing, they've built us custom apps that solve real operational problems in our auction business. I've not seen anyone else offer that combination at any price, let alone theirs.
